Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. Using c bajil's services means you fully accept these terms.
1 General Provisions and Definitions

If a member opens an account using false age information, the account will be immediately closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

- Sharing or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Verification Process
c bajil may at any time request a government-issued ID, bank statement, or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If a member does not cooperate with verification, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.
3 Account Registration and Security
Providing a correct name, mobile number, and email address when opening an account is mandatory. If any details need to be changed later, a request must be submitted through the support centre.
3.1 Password and Login Security
Members are encouraged to use a strong password. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account, they may submit a request via live chat or email. c bajil reserves the right to cancel an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Deposits and withdrawals on the c bajil platform are currently available through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals may be required to be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
4.1 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, c bajil may temporarily put it on hold for investigation. Payments from the relevant account may be delayed while the investigation is ongoing.
4.2 Fraud and Illegal Activity
If a member attempts to gain financial benefits through fraudulent means or by using multiple accounts, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before using any bonus offer from c bajil. Bonuses are never direct cash — they can only be withdrawn after completing a specified wagering requirement.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if a ৳1,000 deposit yields a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses
The weekly c bajil Reload Festival bonus offers up to 50% of the deposit amount as a bonus up to ৳10,000, with a 20x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500. The Friday c bajil Dhamaka bonus offers up to 75% up to ৳15,000, with a 20x wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another member.
- c bajil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program Terms
The c bajil VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Changes to VIP tiers are at the platform's discretion. c bajil reserves the right to modify the VIP structure at any time.
7 Gaming Rules and Playing Conditions
The c bajil platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket. Each game has its own rules, which must be followed.
7.1 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, c bajil will make the final decision based on the game server's records. A member's claim will be considered, but the server log is the definitive proof.
7.2 Automated Software Prohibited
The use of any bot, script, or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled and all winnings will be confiscated.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c bajil platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Following strategic betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Deliberately exploiting any game error or malfunction.
- Making fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
- Harassing or manipulating other members.

- Service disruption caused by geopolitical events or natural disasters.
However, in the case of losses caused by server issues, c bajil will endeavour to arrange compensation to the best of its ability.
13 Intellectual Property
All content on the c bajil platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to c bajil. Members may view the platform for personal use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.
14 Changes to Terms
c bajil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes take effect. If a member continues to use the platform after changes are made, it will be assumed that they have accepted the new terms.
For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the member's registered email or mobile number. It is recommended to review this page regularly.
15 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process.
